Toddler yoga
(for 1-3 year olds)
Movement is at the center of the children's yoga sessions, but at the same time playfulness and storytelling permeate every moment. The children are open-minded and throw themselves into the game with joy and fun, as play and movement are part of their life. , climbing, sliding, walking, spinning, rotating and imitating animals, we help them get to know their bodies and develop their body schema. The regular application of various high-motion exercises has a favorable effect on the child's condition, coordination, strength and endurance development, influences the child's load-bearing capacity and healthy development.
Taking into account the physical-emotional-intellectual aspects of age-specific development, children's yoga combines the positive effects of movement and yoga, while placing the same emphasis on meeting the emotional needs of children and on emotional education. We connect these light playful tasks with stories and nursery rhymes The smaller the child, the more large-motion tasks and games you can enrich the practice with! There is nothing mandatory in the session, each child starts the game at his own pace, often only as an observer, and then, imitating the others, he becomes an active part of the session.

Who do I recommend it to!?
Toddler yoga is for all children who don't go to the community regularly, if they don't know the instructor, they don't want to stay there for the session, even if the parent lives in the other place, it's difficult. Separation is a process, and since we are at the beginning of separation at this age, there is a good opportunity to do yoga together, meet other families. Both parents and children enjoy reciting rhymes and repeating the poems. This creates a common game that can be played at any time. The children play with joy throughout the 45-minute session with their parents. There is a continuous active relationship between parent and child. A child learns to be in a group, to play together with other children, and friendships are formed.
