Yoga has always been a part of my life, ever since I was a little girl. For me, it is not just a sport, but a way of life.

I believe that practicing yoga can bring positive changes to everyone's life, and I consider it a very beautiful profession to be able to contribute to this as an instructor.

Yoga - "Me Time" is a huge toolbox with which I want to help people live a happier, healthier, more balanced life.

What is yoga for me? Presence. Yoga brings me into the present with controlled breathing, conscious movement, and controlling thoughts. If I practice all this on the yoga mat, I can more easily achieve being PRESENT in my everyday life. The energy of shared yoga practices provides a long-lasting charge, and it is an honor to be an active participant.

​Kundalini Yoga is a truly complex, incredibly effective system, for me it is mostly flexibility in the body, soul, mind, the ability to adapt to changes, connecting with ourselves and the ONENESS, a wonderful tool for working on ourselves.

When meeting it, it is almost immediately decided whether we are dealing with this system. It happened in my case, a little more than 10 years ago, when I entered the first dawn practice and felt that something was happening. Since then, numerous trainings, workshops and continuous practice and self-education have helped me to unravel and unravel as many layers as possible on the path of the tradition.

Yoga for me is freedom. You move the way you want. If you need it, you can relax and look inward, and if you feel that you have the strength and are looking for a challenge, you can experience it during the asana practice. Pregnancy yoga is a flowing Hatha yoga, during which you connect with your baby and yourself on a deeper level (physically and mentally). You can control your own body more easily if you delve into it and this will help you during childbirth.
